Tracking numbers are stored in a private database and are only shared with package tracking services. No other information is shared with the package tracking services aside from tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are deleted 24 hours after being delivered, or after a length of time with no valid updates.
Package statuses and locations are stored in a private database and are only shared with you. Package statuses are only stored until a new status becomes available or the tracking number is deleted.
Your name, email address, third-party usernames, cell number and carrier, and OpenID URL's are stored in a private database when you begin using the service. This information is never shared, unless required by law, and is only used for authentication or for delivering package updates.
Some standard information is collected each time you visit a page. This information may include browser type, referring site, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the date and time of each visit. This information is never shared, and is only used in aggregate form to better understand how visitors use the TrackThis website.
When using the web service, a cookie is stored on your computer containing a unique identification number to provide a continuous experience.
Use of the TrackThis service is for informational, non-commercial use only. TrackThis may terminate your access to any part of the TrackThis service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the TrackThis service, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy at any time.
The TrackThis service is provided "as is" and "as available". TrackThis hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. TrackThis makes no warranty that the service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you obtain content or service at your own discretion and risk.
In no event will TrackThis be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. TrackThis shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior warning. By using TrackThis, the user agrees not to involve TrackThis in any type of legal action.
